I faced significant issues at check-in when I was given the wrong room. The staff's attitude towards relaying my concerns was frustrating and unhelpful.

Evening buffet pricing is exorbitant!!! Inconsistent service at the pool area leaves room for improvement!!! Room allocation confusion can be frustrating!!! No complimentary access to spa amenities for residents feels off for a luxury hotel!!!

The stay was pretty good, especially the food at their restaurant, delicious dishes, you got to try the local flavors. And the staff, they were very attentive, like they genuinely cared that you had a good time, made me feel important, which is not what I'm used to.

Sure it wasn't cheap, but you know, it was alright in the end.
